I saw no Villans on this list!
I really have to say Ba'al is the current favorite. He is underhanded and made him self sort of immortal with the clones!
Before I saw him in Summit, my favorite character was Skarra. I know he was rarely in it, but I loved the bond with him and Jack. It also provided a link back to the movie.
From your given list, my favorite is Cameron Mitchell. I love his attitude and the banter between him and Daniel is great. I think he will have a large part in reinventing the show and allowing it to flourish. I think it is interesting to see this change. I would presume that the Stargate program would have to continue after the original team is old and retired! I miss Jack, but time marches on.

Danial Jackson. I think even more since Vala have become a regular. The only problem is now it like they just combined Farsape with Stargate. I mean both Claudia Black and Ben Browder were the leads in Farsape and even Married with Child in the story at the end.

I like Landry and Janet in most episodes. Daniel Jackson is right on too and I guess you can't dislike the Gerak character.
It's a cool show. I like the movie that is akin to this to.

Well, I don't care for the series as well as I did the movie...in the movie my favorite was Daniel...but in the series my favorite is the guy who used to play McGiver..(sp?)
