I sometimes remember mine for a short time but soon forget them.
To remember your dreams, or REM sleep (rapid eye movement sleep), you need to keep a notebook next to your bed. When you wake up you write down what you remember from your dreams. If you dont', you will soon forget your dream because your dreams come from a part of your brain that has to do with short term memory.
Some people actually train themselves in "lucid" dreaming which is a way to control your dreams and dream what you want. If we could ever do that, sleep would be awesome; even more awesome than it is!

I can remember some dreams in detail. Most of the time though, my dreams are hazy.
One of my most vivid dreams was reoccurring. It starts off with me driving alone at night. I see the lights of a city, and I keep driving to the next city. I drive, and drive, for some reason I head north toward the Rockie Mountains. I end up on top of a snow covered desolate mountain, it's dark and cold. I remember in my dream I feel so alone. The type of lonely feeling that words cannot describe. It was a sick, gut wrenching loneliness. I have never felt so utterly alone.
Not sure why I had this dream or why it was so vivid or why I can remember so much detail. Started having the dream about 10 years ago, haven't had the dream for about 7 years, yet I can recall everything. Strange huh?

my sister dreams awesome dreams all the time.she keeps a little journal by her bed and writes them down right away while all the details are still fresh. It's helpful because dreams sometimes do mean something (hers always do) especially the little deatils like color and vehicles and stuff. Plus the ones that are just funny or really good you'll have them recorded. All the dream books say you should write them down immediately after you wake up if you want to remember them...

You have to learn how to dream effectively. Some maoi inhibitor drugs that treat depression are very effect in learning this technique. Once you start dreaming regularly then you will get the hang of controling your dreams and this my friend is a great thing to have. You will enjoy sleep a lot better and wake up more refreshed.

I can sometimes remember my dreams. I've heard that dreaming of fish means someone in the family or close friend is pregnant.

I rarely remember my dreams at all...forget about in detail. Most nights I couldn't even tell you with certainty whether or not I dreamt. Last night, however, I recall having a dream. I remember one other person that was in it, a general subject, and thats it.
