i hate to saY it but probably not, alot of stations do that, they carry the show for so long then drop it before it ends or they start all over, like with digimon and one peice started halfway through the season, i love naruto id like to see him make that giant frog in color lol, i do read the manga

The answer to that is kinda shaky. The best way to approach this is to look at DragonBall Z. DragonBall Z had a run of 291 episodes from April 26, 1989 – January 31, 1996 in Japan. The series was so popular after it's 1998 debut on Cartoon Network that not only did the finish the entire run but they went back for the original DragonBall series and capped it off with GT. Compared to DBZ though, Naruto is a fairly new as it started off in 2002. Still, there are currently 199 episodes out there and the series is still going.
I believe the only reason DBZ even completed a full run on Cartoon Network was because it was such a huge ratings monster. In it's heyday, Dragonball Z was THE #1 TV show on all of TV in the tweens 9-14, boys 9-14 and men 12-24 demographics.
When Naruto debuted it was a instant success in those demographics. Currently, it's Toonami's new rating monster and the anchor for the entire Toonami lineup. It's ranked #1 in its time period on all television—broadcast and cable—with boys 6-11 and tween boys 9-14
Unfortunately, last I heard Cartoon Network only acquired 52 episodes. This was from way back last September. They played episode 46 last Saturday. I think with such a strong showing for Naruto they must be at the very least trying to acquire more episodes but right now the status of that is unknown. Fortunately they do have enough episodes to complete the Chuunin story arc (well, up until the last preliminary match anyway).
