try hitting the Ctrl key at the same time you hit enter w/you clicker. that temporarily turns off mine

If its windows -internet explorer- pop-up blocker go to TOOLS and POPUP BLOCKER and change the settings. If you hava a toolbar such as google or yahoo go to the options for that. OR for some popup blockers if you HOLD down CTRL key the popup will open instead of being blocked.

If you look at your toolbar along the top of your screen you should find the pop-up blocker icon. you can turn it off there.Hope this helps.

go to your browser.the stuff at the top of your screen.don't mean to act like your stupid,but i don't know what all you know.just keep putting the cursor on objects it should tell which one is your blocker click on it and option for keeping it on or turning it off or even removing it should come up.

it should work if there's a pop up blocker bar at the top of the screen, if there is then right click on it and click one of the options that say disaple..... hope it helps....=]
