No; what's the point of removing them if they'll just grow back? They do not grow back. If you chop off your arm it does not grow back. If you remove your spleen it does not grow back. Likewise, adnoids don't.

The throat Doc would love it if they grow back!! Adenoids are lymphatic glands and once gone they become "history""

no, they can't grow back! you only have one set and once they are removed, that's it, they're gone for good
