it depends on what you like...personally i would rather be a lawyer....not having to be on call/dealling w/sick people isn't my cup of tea...a lawyer would be fun since you could try to prove something you believe is true and also working with people.

If your trying to choose your life's career, this isn't the way to choose it.
Taking note of that, I decided to be a doctor because I love helping people. Being a lawyer is great pay, but doenst' pay much service to our community. Being a doctor can allow me ot help in many ways. Plus, how often do YOU go to a lawyer? I'm sure you visit the doctor at least once a year. Save some money in your family and treat them yourself!

Being a medical doctor, it is a lot more respectable because you are saving people's lives. Being a lawyer, you are sometimes messing with people's lives.

If I personally had to make that choice, I'd be a lawyer because I have a problem being around blood and sickness.

well, you can choose a career where people look up to you; or you can choose one where everyone looks down on you!
Frankly, I think lawyers get a bum rap. They are doing a job. I'd hate to need one and not have one. I've needed one for over two years to protect my daughter from her meth head father and I've paid her a grand total of $125.00 in two years. I've been in and out of court at least 12 times.
Choose what you like and what you are interested in.

Doctor, they actually help people and do good, plus lawyers have a bad rep as liars!

Lawyer....the poor doctors have to pay outrageous malpractice insurance premiums, and can be sued for any number of reasons.

being a lawyer, you can make just as much money, if you work hard and you can not be sued for what you say or do in court, doctors can be sued for what thy say and do in the OR.
