It's tough, I 've done it 4 times. Breastfeeding works like a charm to loose the weight. But, if you don't want to do that, walking everyday for an hour worked for me. It took me 14 months to loose 40 lbs with my last child--it was very difficult. Good Luck!

After my son was born I went on a salmon dies. Sounds kinda funny but it has worked for me and my mom. Broil, bake or grill it for about 15 minutes. I bought 6 ounce portions of farm raised salmon. I would eat special k for break feast and the salmon for lunch and dinner. That's all I ate for a good six weeks. I lost almost 29 pounds. I would eat it with half a cup of white rice and any steamed veggie. If you don't like salmon you can try other fish, I just stuck to one thing. So now when I have a few extra pounds after the holidays that's what I eat!! Good Luck!!

I am breastfeeding and the weight is coming right off. My baby is almost 10 weeks old. Just remember that it took 9 months to gain the weight, so it will take at least that amount of time to lose the weight. Take walks with your baby and do sit ups as you watch TV.

Watch your portion size of food. You have been used to eating more in the past nine months...its all about retraining your stomach. And exercising of course. Good luck and dont try to do too much too fast.
