Out of L.A., Houston, Chicago, Minneapolis and New York, Which area has the purest form of english language?

I would probably say Minneapolis, for the simple fact that it is more racially and culturally hemogenous than the other areas that you mentioned. The other cities are more culturally diverse and therefore, the language is more mixed with other languages.

Minneapolis takes this by far. In the other cities mentioned they barely speal english.
