I think it's the same reason women like giving men oral--it makes the receiving partner feel good and gives them pleasure.

That's a good question, I think they feel if they do it to you, then you would be receptive to doing it back to them. Which in my opinion is the real reason why they do it girls in the first place so they can get oral sex from the girls.
