Would you call that finger food? I am not looking for a free lunch or a handout. Could you give me a thumbnail sketch of what you mean? You may get a lot of criticism for this, but don't knuckle under to pressure. Don't be a knucklehead. Knuckle down and get the job done. Rule with an iron fist. Take off the kid gloves, and you'll have the world in the palm of your hand. A pig's knuckle sandwich sounds inviting for the hard working man who brings home the bacon.

How well done are the knuckles?
I've always found them a little too chewy to make a good sandwich filler... unless it's a really tough bread, like panini or something...
