Fleet is an over-the-counter enema. I wouldn't advise you to have sex soon afterwards though. The secretions will be full of bacteria.
Two suggestions:
1. Use one Fleet early in the morning to rid your anus of waste. Wait about 12 hrs and do another.
2. Maybe use a squeeze bottle of baby oil to 'inject' some oil into the anus. I've also seen ads for Boy Butter which is highly recommended - a water-based lubricant that won't stain or sting.
