I don't smoke it anymore. But I still know plenty of people that do. I think it should be legalized and taxed. It for sure doesn't cause the social problems that alcohol does, or the health risks, and addictive nature of tobacco. Maybe if it was legal there'd be less people out there popping Prozac and xanex

No its not legal and it should be - not because I like it but because we need to start ID ing people so kids arent getting ahold of it, only adults. Take it out of the hands of the drug dealers, and give it to the state, just like alcohol and sell it in the same place.
Also we need the money, ciggs are taxed to the hilt and so is everything else. Tax it and support education. Additionallly, we need the cash crop for farmers they need to support themselves, and we should save our trees for houses and not waste wood making paper when hemp makes better paper anyways.
Also, it would free up law enforcement to deal with more serious crime like tracking and controlling and incarcerating the child mo's who Id much rather see in an over crowded prison, wouldnt you?
LEGALIZE IT! Its the only thing that makes sense.

it is like anything else used moderatly i have no problem but if you are going to sit around all day and smoke than yes but look at alcohol it is a legal drug yet people are born with the alcoholism disease yet it is still legal to drink but as long as the politicians are getting theur pockets lined with election donations from the alcohal companies marijuana will never be lagalized

Personally, I think they should, I mean what's the sense of fighting it? Marijuana is the least addictive drug out there. They should worry more about Cocaine or Heroin and all those other heavily addictive drugs and leave Marijuana alone.

it should be legal...but then the price would go up because of government taxing and all that crap but maybe they would sell the good stuff....and marijuana has never done anything to make me dislike it.....
