You've either said, "I'd give my left ball for that!" or just had cancer, but either way - you've had your left testicle amputated and you are suffering a phantom pain called, post-amputation pain.

You should stop playing tennis for a while. Learn to sit on the couch, and do nothing for a while.

I swear to god... why do people complain that their testicals swell up and hurt like hell after playing tennis for two days straight, and then go right back to playing tennis like there is no tomorrow?

Give it a rest... your body is telling you to sit down and relax for a few days... in your case, it sounds like you need to rest for at least a week... then take things slowly for a while. No more "Beating the pants off of your opponent" tennis... just relax.

Are you wearing underwear that supports you?? Especially when you are playing sports.
Do you do alot of bike riding. sometimes that can cause the discomfort.
As long as the ultrasound and examination were negative I would not worry to much . HOWEVER if this persists please follow up with the doctor again!

all the best
