What the F, I mean I always try to get a best answer it's worth 5 times more than a BS answer like that. How many people are creatively impared here. "I don't care" , why take the time to answer, do people take pride in looking stupid?!

Lol,I have often wondered the same thing.lol Your avatar is soooo long,lol why i take the time to answer a question i have to scroll half way down the page to answer is beyond me,i guess i have too much time on my hands at the moment.Anyway! sorry,back to your question.I dont understand it either,They either say "I dont care" or...the famous one.."Thx 4 2 points" ok,i try to give an answer the best to my ability.If i dont know the answer i dont bother going through typing "I dont know".If it is a question that has an optional answer then i answer with my opinion all around i try to actually give an accurate answer to help the person out when they need it rather than waste my time and theirs typing a pointless answer.Giving an accurate answer even if i dont get 10 points is worth more than getting the two by typing "I dont care".Even if its only yahoo answers it doesnt mean people dont really need answers or want answers to a question they may have.

These people are idiots. I've looked through some people's Q and A and I've seen them give the exact same answer to every question.
I don't usually report people but I got so sick of this that I reported someones answer the other day, I'll probably do it again too. If someone wants 2 points that's fine but don't do it by spamming my questions. If you want 2 points all you have to do is rate 2 resolved questions, it's actually faster to do this than it is to type 'thanks for the points', you also get to avoid looking stupid.
I try to answer questions I can give a good answer to, if I see a question I don't know the answer to I just skip it instead of making myself look like a moron.

People just are gaming for points. It's so they can gain "level ups" and sound really stupid. Now, if a question is really stupid, (look up "Welcome to Good Burger, Home of the Good Burger! in my sources box) then it's OK to get the 2 free points. I don't understand it, and It makes me really mad when people either do that or babble on about crap they don't know anything about! If you don't even know how to pronounce the disease you're answering about, you might as well be typing lahldihafoeryaoirheorhoaheoithyaqoeihfaisehfkjagfiasryhewoafdlskfhda. And if you ask a stupid question, be prepared for a stupid answer! Hello, people~!~

Some people think that getting 2 point for a stupid "I don't care" answer is easier than thinking of a REAL answer. I guess maybe for some people thinking is just too much work. Although some questions aren't really questions at all. In that case, a "thanks for the 2 points" would be appropriate.

Alot of people do it, most likely they think they can get a quick top of the slot if question goes into voting, where it seems the best answer is always the top one. If there is any voting on another page, it guarenteed multi accounts voting for himself.
Simply put, its to rack up quick points, since they cant take the time to get it from the asker.

Well, much like the first and second people that answered your question,
they are around 12 years old and think that the two points you get will get them to look cooler.
Just report people who do that, I wish we got points for doing that, because I promise I would have a million and five points lol.

Unfortunately, most people on the planet ARE creatively impaired. And, if you ARE stupid, you are blissfully unaware of it and mistake stupid answers for insightful ones.
