I think one of my goldfish is sick, its a fantail but he's loseing his tail and the other one is eating it?

Ok well ive had the tank goin about 6-9 months, first i started out with two fantail goldfish and one normal sort of black fish, i saved from a pond that was getting emtyed. At first they were fine then bout a week later the black one died, so there was just two fantails in there, i decided to get them some friends so got about 6 feeder fish (the little ones) 2 days later there was only 1 left? couple of weeks later I got 5 more, 3 days later there was only 2 left, 1 was the original one from first batch, anyway everything was fine for ages, then one of the fantails started to lose his tail? It started to get really jagged etc. then he died, so anyway, I got a smaller white fantail and a black fantail with bubbly eyes the black one lasted 2 days, died, now My gold fantail is Loseing His tail and the little white one is biteing at it? and he's not eating...? what do people sugest I do? what is the best sort of medicine for them? Is it stress? From loseing his mate from the pond?
