get a full feeling after a big meal and if so do you feel hungry again after only an hour or two after eating? Just wondering?

aww...it's awful. i did this with my second son. it drove me insane! i would get the family up at 8am because i saw a commercial about IHOP and i would absolutely have to have waffles, eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Then, we would be driving home two hours later and i'm on the phone ordering pizza so it will be home when i get there. That was so gross! but i was hungry!!! it's great that you are eating, but the nagging "I HAVE TO EAT NOW" feeling was horrible. I also found out i am not a nice person when i am hungry.

If I eat a big meal no I don't get hungry an hour or two later. If I have some fruit or cereal then yes I get hungry an hour or two later. Be careful you don't eat for two. You only need 300 extra calories that you need to maintain a HEALTHY weight. So if you normally eat 1500 calories to keep your weight in check you only need 1800 while you are pregnant. Which is like milk and a granola bar and maybe some fruit.

I am SOO hungry and want to eat like a sandwich, or say a plate of food, but I cannot because at 31 weeks, there is no room in there and I always feel full, yet hungry. This has been going on for about 4 weeks. But that wasn't what you really asked. When I was 1-4 months, I was hungry as usual but tried to eat before hunger came to prevent nausea and upset tummy. For about 6 weeks, I felt totally normal like when I wasn't pregnant. I try to eat well, not too much.

Oh yeah. I'm 20 weeks pregnant and I get hungry soooo often. But normally by the time you are eating all the time like your talking about, you already know about it.

man i be so hungry and then as soon as i eat i get that sick feeling. and then like two hours later im hungry again. I feel ya.

When I was pregnant I was hungry all day long. I never felt full so trust me it's normal.

I dont get a full feeling... I just get a lot of sudden punches and karate chops in my belly. But... I NEVER get full... hehe
