im from UNITED ARAB EMIRATES alot of the sites are blocked,,no freedom in our country,, they said all the sites pass through the proxy ,,how i break the proxy and open the blocked site?

try getting a program, which by passes the proxy ..
search on the internet for the name, there are plenty .. and then if the site is blocked .. get it from one of the p2ps programs :P

Overthrow your government. Who do they think they are controlling every move you make? Are they that insecure? It sounds like they are afraid of losing control. If the government was so good then the people should appreciate it. But how can you appreciate someone who denies you access to the knowledge available on the Internet?
