Street urinals. Offensive for girls?

Question

There are many of these open urinals croping up outiside popular night spots across the UK. There is little privacy for the guy. Do girls find it offensive? What are your views girls? Or do u find it to be quite the opposite after a few vodcas and coke?

As they are so public. Would you try and catch a glimse on the way by girls?

I surely wouldn't go to that club or restaurant if they are putting urinals outside like that. I mean thats a bit much, if you can't afford to put them inside the place. No one should have to go that bad. And no matter what I had to drink, I surely would not feel inclined to be chatty with some dude pissing in the urinal.

I was very upset the other day to see guys posting pictures that they received from such places. Apparently, they decorated one such spot with lots of paper. Next they erected a cubicle in which they concealed their cameras. The ladies, seeing al the paper, felt it easier to relieve themselves by half squatting in what they thought was a private environment only to be part of a global laughing ring. My suggestion to ladies:
1. relieve yourselves before you leave home and before you leave your workplace. None of the above, go to the nearest department store.
2. It is cleaner and healthier
3. you never know when kinky "Big Brother" is clicking.

I doubt many people here know that it is legal to "go" pretty much anywhere in public in London... that being said, street urinals make perfect sense, and are actually an improvement that should not be looked down upon.

I think these are disgusting. I do not care to have a view of anybody partially concealed urinating. If people are not potty trained, they should stay home. No doubt, people do urinate on the streets... I would love to know how to stop this.

Thirty years ago in Brazil I saw open toilets on the side of the road that the buses would stop at. The men were on the side facing the road and the women were on the other side away from the road. I wouldn't use them.

Here in Spain, there are no such thing as public toilets. You wanna go, you go to a bar.......... unless you are a man in which case you can go anywhere, stop your car, unzip your flies, side of the road, against the car.... and the thing is they do not even hide it, they go in full view...facing the traffic in full glare of the headlights.... but then you know what they say about hispanic men..... as for the girls, I think it is ilegal to go inpublic

Unfortunately they are a sign of the times. If they weren't there the people that use them would simply revert to urinating in the street.

I saw some of these in Amsterdam and thought they were just plain weird, but actually most were well kempt and not very smelly (albeit I didn't get very close). If they have them for men, they should have something similar for women, but overall I"m thinking more privacy...

Wouldn't bother me at all.

As long as the urinals are well kept and clean I'm fine with that. Because if I'm out drinking and having fun I dont want to look over and smell three day old pee and icky grime and such.

its more offensive when guys pee on walls or streets that give a horrible smell. That's a great idea they should have some for girls too. They should do that here in the U.S too.
