It's always been easy for me, I watch him when he smiles at me, at children or old people. The smile has to reach his eyes. There's a special light in someones ones eyes when they are sincere. If they are phony or calculating it usually isn't there.
Much later I check their buns. lol

I notice the body shape first and hair! Me personally, I like a more stocky/well built kind of guy rather than slim guys. I also think that the way a guy styles his hair is a good indicator of his personality! For me personally, long hair is a 'no-no' (unless they're Italian!), I prefer short neatly gelled hair. I also notice shoes on a guy, nothing too fancy or trendy because that to me mean 'too high maintenance and likes to show-off!', but no grubby shoes either! Hope this helps!

The face and smile. If he has a great face and smile his body doesn't matter that much, I've never cared even if he is chubby. But really personality matter the most. He can shave his head too, I don't care as long as his head doesn't look totally weird bald.

I'll usually notice his hair or perhaps his eyes first, but if he has a nice smile that's definitely the first thing, everyone likes someone who seems happy and approachable

and the eyes as people say are the reflection to ur soul .. therefore the 1st thing i look at are eyes .. then teeth .. and nails .. shouldnt be long!!! yuk!

I notice the clothes,very first.But if i am distracted and i look up and some one is looking in my eyes really quick then i notice their eyes.
