I'm a bit a hypocryte I'm afraid. lol And I'll probably get flamed for this, but I'm a firm believer in the right to choose (don't judge until you've walked a mile in someone else's shoes); it's my body.
BUT...I will never have an abortion. NEVER. I watched a movie in a college sociology class on it once that was extremely details (not for the faint of heart and the professor told us so; gave us permission not to come to that particular class) and they showed the ultrasound of an abortion in progress, told us and showed us about late term abortions, how they're done, etc. I decided then and there, that I couldn't do it. I could not do that to a human being living inside my body, that if I ever got pregnant, I'd deal with (and I did; our first was a "surprise"). It's especially strong now after having gone through two pregnancies. I have an ultrasound of my youngest at 7 weeks; I couldn't imagine having him aborted. I just couldn't.
BUT....I'm all for keeping them legal, because terrified, pregnant girls will have them done whether it's legal or not and keeping them legal will keep abortions (and the girls having them) safe.

I am against abortions all the way. A child is a child and deserves to have a chance at life, what if a child is meant to cure a disease, invent something to help better the lives of millions of people or make peace in the world, and their mom extinguishes that possibility? Also, many couples including my fiance and myself, have difficulty conceiving a child, and that one child could complete our lives. People shouldn't kill babies. And i don't buy that whole it's not even a baby yet excuse.I think it is so sad and many people make big mistakes when it comes to this. This is just my opinion, I'm not saying mine is the only one out there, because if that were true there wouldn't be tons of those clinics everywhere you look.

I'm wit cuz, there is something good about an abortion and something bad about it. The good part about it is that if a female gets raped and doesn't want to bring the baby into to this world and would have to tell that child one day that their daddy raped her. It's painful to go through that and everyday you would have to look at that child and realize that dude raped you and know your taking care of his child and the dude is out there living his life and doesn't even know that the girl he raped had a child by him. The bad part about it is that if you have sex without a condom and or your not on birth control pills and you know that you can get pregnant because everytime you get pregnant you can't say oh!! i can get an abortion, WRONG!! its not o.k because one day you won't be able to get an abortion, so what are you gonna do now. Your gonna have to step up, because you got a responsibilty now, A BABY!!!

It depends on the parents position.
If the mother was raped: abortion can be an option because when you look at your child you wont think "hey your father raped me"
Or if you know that your baby may be born with some certain problems that you cant handle then abort the baby.
but, on a conversation basis, i think abortions are undecided.
somewhere they say you cant abort the baby.
But, its whatever the mother decides, and sometimes its not the best but after a while you do want a child or something to pass on your good name

I not for or against abortion, but instead for pro-choice (the right for a woman to choose). A woman's body is her own and she and only she has the right to do what she wants with it. She is the one who has to live with the choice she makes.

That is a difficult one for me. I do believe it is murder and don't condone murder. But I believe each woman should have their choice and have to live with that choice. I understand for many women who chose abortion it is something they mentally never really overcome. There are those women who do deal well with it, but then they often are very materialistic type of people.

I fell it is a woman's right to do with her body as she wishes everyone says it is murder. If a man kills a woman and she is pregnant in alot of states he will not get charged with 2 counts of murder only 1
lost a good friend and she was pregnant and he only got charged with `1 count of murder and she was in labor when he killed her.she got justice but her child did not get justice he is sitting in the pen for 1 count of murder not 2 now what is the difference

Im for it. It should be nobody elses choice but the woman. Not politicians, not religious freaks, not old traditional folks, and especially not those ridiculous protestors that BOMB abortions clinics. Its ridiculous. "save babies, but kill off people for doing a public service."
