Short, stocky, dark hair, high cheekbones. Many people in Asia & Eastern Europe are descendents of the Mongolians due to the "quests" of the Khans and the Tartars. Many Slavs--Russians, Ukrainians etc. are intermixed with Mongols.

I don't know if this information helps, but at one people with Down Syndrome were called Mongoloids because of their appearance looking like Mongolians. Of course, Down Syndrome is no longer called being a Mongoloid. It is offensive.

There are what you would call a Chinese people.
Turks look Caucasian because most of their genetic stock is Hellenic (Greek). What is now known as Turkey was the major part of the Hellenic world.
