Yes, it's a commonly known fact that running in walking boots has a 93% likelihood of resulting in spontaneous human combustion (where have you BEEN???).
Government advice suggests the introduction of a speed limit for those in walking boots as a safety precaution, but as yet have not decided what this will be. Unfortunately, laboratory experimentation is taking longer than previously predicted. I'm sure they'll confirm it soon.
In the mean time, please be very careful, and I hope you will be part of the privileged 7% who do not combust.

The question followed by the question mark is not a question...but indeed, I've heard if you run in boots, you're in danger of spontaneous combustion...or increased danger of irritable bowel syndrome...
