You might try www.sing365.com they have a lot of songs. As far as the chords go, i see someone has charted it for you already. I didn't try to play it to see if it was correct or not. You didn't state which key you wanted to chart it in, but to transpose it use the 3,4,5 method to transpose it to the key you need. Good Luck!
