There's a lot of people saying that women should be able to breast feed in public and I just wanted to know everyones opinion on this. Me personally wouldn't want to breastfeed in public what do you think???

I don't care if women breast feed their babies in public, it's none of my business and I don't have to look.

I have no problem with breastfeeding in public. I have never done it and I understand why some people are offended but it doesn't bother me. There are young children to be taken into consideration. Some parents don't want to have to explain certain mechanics of child production and raising until the children are older or until the parents are more comfortable with the subject.
Breastfeeding is one of the most natural things a woman can do and I don't think any woman should be condemned for feeding her baby in public, so long as she covers up with a blanket and is discreet about it.
Most women do try to plan their day around "feeding time" but it is impossible to do this all the time. As for those who say "go to the restroom and do this", I can't stand to pee in a filthy public restroom, let alone take my baby in there to feed.
There are some women who make a spectacle out of feeding in public and there are some women who can do so in such a discreet manner that you would never know she was doing so.
I would like to see public places such as malls, shopping centers, libraries, governemnt buildings, and city parks put in special lounges where women can sit in cleanliness and comfort to nurse.

I think it is fine for women to breast feed in public as long as I can watch. If you don't want me to stare - then go do that somewhere else.

You can breast feed in public becasue everywhere I go like 3 people breast feed,dont be ashamed of it

I did and never did in public. It's rude something that should be done at home and if you are out shopping you can pump before hand....There are ways around it. Some people or a child that has never seen it before would freak out and I think it's a personal thing.

They should be able to breast feed in public!!!
I did it...I never flashed anyone, it can be done discreetly with the tops they now make for breast feeding moms.

I am a mother and I breastfed my son but NEVER in public, If I was out to dinner or something, I took him to a room out of everyones view
