Well brush your teeth some more but not a whole lot and not too hard or your gums will bleed. Visit the dentist a bit more because he has the right appliances to get the job done. Your smile should be perfect. Don't smile too much because your jaws may get stuck.

I think you should try standing in front of mirror and keep smiling. You can also try to smile in different ways and styles in this manner.
