Not all bees do die when they sting but honeybees die because their stinger comes out with part of their other internal organs. It would be the same as if you had sex and when you were done and pulled out your penis stayed in there and also took out your bladder. Sorry, I don't mean to be gross but it's about the same kind of thing.

only honey bees die when theky sting you. It is because it actually rips out some of their intestines. Their stinger is barbed and brings part of the bee with it.

Only female honeybees die after they sting. Their stingers are ovipositors, tubular structures extending from the abdomen that sometimes contain eggs. When the barbed stinger is left inside the victim, the honeybee mortally tears her abdomen in the process. Alas, she dies.

a bee dies because its sting is part of their body (probably a very important part)...therefore, when they sting, the sting comes off and they just die (probably bleed to death or somthin...).

because they have a barbed singer. When they sting some thing, the stinger stays in the target. When that happens, it pulls their poison sac out effectivly ripping their guts out.
