None. I would trust a member of the media about as far as I'd trust a politician. The media includes not only the TV networks but also the print media, with the New York Times, the Boston Globe, and the Washington Post being some of the worse examples.. You name the media and company and each and everyone will have their own agenda and spin methodology.

Usually I like to watch all 3 evening broadcasts.. like ABC, CBS, and NBC. You will get a balanced opinion by watching all 3..
National Public Radio is also fairly unbiased.
However, do NOT watch FOX news, because they are completely completely biased.
