Pray to God in the name of Jesus. God will forgive your sins.
Doing so is an implicit promise to stop sinning (as much as possible). Good luck, and welcome to Christianity.

Jesus doesn't give a damn about anybody's sins. That's a concept of humans wanting to make others feel guilty so they can extract money from them every Sunday.

If you ask with a sincere heart. By the way, God doesn't punish, either. Even though we are forgiven, there are still consequences to our choices and actions. Some people can't accept self-responsibility. They have to play the 'blame game'.

If you ask forgiveness and accept him as "the leader of your life". Meaning you need to obey. The bible says you must accept him as "your Lord AND Savior". Lord of your life and savior of your sins.
