I have a Dodge Dokata. I just drove it back home from a short vacation. When I got in the truck to move it. I turn the key and all the electrical (radio,AC, etc) came on but the engine would turn over or even start.

If a jump don't do it the starter may have gone out . They do that sometimes with no warning .

It could still be the battery. See if you can get it jumped and then you'll know for sure. Batteries should be replaced every three years. It might also be the alternator. Check to see if that light indicator stays on after you give it a jump start. Also check your fan belt (but not while the car is running, ha!) to see that it's tight enough to run your alternator properly. Hopefully someone else might have other ideas... just don't forget that auto insurance pays for you to call out a tow truck if you need to have it taken in for service and it won't start.

Starter, starter solenoid, ignition switch, any of these could have gone out, check ignition relays on the fuse panel...check all relevant fuses, they should be the heavier ones because your starting system takes more amperage than anything else.
I once had my starter fail after a long road-trip because of excessive heat from the exhaust...but that was GM, you're driving a Dodge, have you had any starting problems before?

batteries loose 1 percent of their charge per day.

As listed above, Jump start it. then let it idle for a bit 10 minutes or so before driving.
