What are the average home prices in a GOOD upscale neighborhood for a 3 bedroom 2 or 3 bath home? Any help would be greatly appreciated as we are considering relocation. Cheers!

The best part of Indy traditionally has been, and still is, Carmel, Fishers, and the northside. You're looking at a minimum seller's price of $400K for an upscale 3 bdrm, 3 bath. Check out Hancock county. Good growth, nice area.

i dont live there but i did and on a beautiful day try eating lunch at the circle in downtown it is right off of meridian street. i used to do it all the time and i love it.
