I know a LOT of people who didn't have any morning sickness at all. I threw up for 30 of the 38 weeks I was pregnant! I didn't find out until I was about a month along. For another month I was so excited that I didn't have morning sickness. Then it hit. I had it until the day I had my son. Mine wasn't morning sickness though. It was, like, all day sickness. I would throw up at LEAST 2 times a day. Be thankful you don't have it now. But, just to warn you, it may not last. You may end up getting it, but let's hope you don't. Congratulations on your baby. Enjoy the time you're pregnant, because it is the most special thing you could go through. Just think, in 12 more weeks you can find out what the baby is. And by then the baby will be kicking and moving...... Have fun!!

I am also worrying myself to death. I am 6 weeks pregnant with my second. In my first pregnancy I had all day sickness as soon as 5 weeks and had a girl. I feel absolutely nothing now. Just occassionaly nausea but no vomiting. I have read that this is perfectly normal. I've also been told an old wives tale that morning sickness is worse with girls than boys so who is to tell. I may be pregnant with a baby boy. Best of luck!

No first of all not all pregnant women get morning sickness, second it often doesn't even begin until after 8 weeks. Count yourself lucky I was sick the whole 9 months.

It isn't bad at all. You should consider yourself lucky! With my first I had morning sickness the whole pregnancy, never knowing when it was going to come(even while I was at work!). Any smell makes you nausious, I threw up multiple times a day and it sucked. It would be better for the baby if you didn't get sick because whenyou throw up the food you eat, you aren't getting the nutrients, vitamins and minerals you need to keep the baby healthy inside of you. Good Luck! I hope you don't get it!

Nope. Morning sickness only affects 1/3 to 1/2 of all pregnant women with healthy pregnancies. Be thankful that it hasn't hit you yet and hopeful that it won't. It's not too late for it to begin.

Not everyone gets morning sickness. You should talk to your doctor in order to make sure that things are going well for you. If it is, consider the fact that you don't get morning sickness a blessing.

Many people don't get morning sickness. If you want to know more about your pregnancy and what is normal, you could try the book "What to Expect When You are Expecting". It is a great book, and it highlights what is going on with you and with your baby each week.
Congratulations, and good luck. :)
