He brings in a lot of money to the sport so it would take a lot to ban him! He has a temper, but what can ya do!?!?

With the lost of the "older drivers'Rusty Wallace,Rickey Rudd...etal..." there is not a voice for the overall group of drivers.Though Tony Stewart is not the voice he comes closes to the Darrell Waltrips,Dale Earnharts,Rusty Wallaces.Even if he could be the voice there is still the fans that think he is not a fair driver but then neither is Jeff Gordon.
When there is an overall problem that faces the drivers there needs to be a driver or group of drives that take the problem to NASCAR.This is something Tony has been attempting but has not had the co-operation of the other drivers.
No I am not a Tony Stewart fan but for the good of the sport a voice is needed and until a leader comes forward Tony is the voice.
So why has he not been banned,he draws fans to the races just as Gordon,Junior,Mears,Mcmurray ect... and as long as fans come so lives the sport.

Why should he be banned? Hes one of the few drivers that makes the race interesting. Unless you want all the drivers to act like wussies. Of course NASCAR wants all the drivers to act like gentlemen, but that makes for a boring race, dont you think? I want to see some action and some emotion from the racers to make it interesting. Dale would be lauging his *** off at the way some drivers whine just because they got cut off or blocked.

they have instructed them time and time again no longer to swear on T.V. and that i'm stunned NASCAR would not do tape delay yet even with. i have reported this time and time again besides. Does it count number that he misplaced factors? NO! Will it harm him contained in the chase? NO! Are the criteria reset and the in easy words issues that count number are being contained in the suitable 12 and what percentage wins you've had? convinced! Tony gained't fall out of the suitable 12 and on account that it stands he's in easy words 20 factors out of first with a reliable danger to win 2 better races! even as the chase starts off is this even going to count number? NO!!!

They can't ban the best driver in motorsports. (If you want to argue that just look at his resume`) Also, there would be a huge riot from his millions of fans if they did.
