Open up the movie picture and open up the picture with your face.
Switch to the picture with your face and use one of the select tools to select your face. Then hit Ctrl C to copy your face. Then switch the movie pic and hit Ctrl V to paste your face into that picture. In the layers window (hopefully you have that visible) click on the layer that has your face.

At the bottom of the layers window there is a small icon that is a gray square with a circle in it. This is the create a layer mask icon. Click on it. Now that you have a layer mask you can use paint tool (black) to mask out the portions of your face picture that you want to disappear.

I would suggest using the "fuzzy" brush of the appropriate size to help blend the picture in.

you take your face and use the lasso tool
then you paste it on the poster
it helps to have a similar size photo for the face, or else resizing it looks strange.
then you are going to have to blend the pixels by vooming in and using the blur tool or selecting pixels and adding distortion.
