CNN just put out a bulletin saying Moore has bought up 57% of the stock? Is this true?

I read that he was trying to diversify his portfolio; this would act as a nice hedge to his Halliburton holdings.

Don't spread rumors. It is not true.

I did a Google News search and there were no articles covering the subject. The rumor in unsubstantiated and probably false.
