I like both shows. I think Happy Days was a bit more bubble gum and did not deal with that many real issues. The 70's had more real life topics that not only were around then but are still around over 30 years later.

I loved Happy Days when I was a kid, but I think I can relate to That 70's show better. The people and clothes remind me of when I was growing up. The worst thing that ever happened on Happy Days was when the restaurant burned--70's show is a little more realistic-at least the parents are.

Happy Days was 60s and things were a lot different in the 70s. I like both shows but the Fonz the greatest.

I always liked the "Happy Days show"- but recently found "That 70's Show" and LOVE it! It cracks me up! I love Hyde, Red and Kitty the best...but they are all priceless! Too funny.

happy days was good...but growing up in the 70's makes that show more relatable, therefore funnier.

They are very different, even if they try to be the same. I think I'd pick Happy Days, but I do love both.
