how much does the 2 day shipping cost for a regular book?
I'm sure its extra since its so fast.

When you went onto the site, there should have been information available to let you know when you completed your shopping and were ready to 'pay up', how much any additional fees would be. I have seen as much as $7.95 however; to be sure, go back on the site.
