I still haven't received a confirmation email for my purchase
I've called their automated phone line and the order had gone through and i have an expected delivery date,
I thought maybe being the weekend the email may take a bit longer to come through ?

thats weird... eta of email confirmation is just a couples of secs. maybe there s somthing wrong with dell's server. but f u say u got an expected delivery date.... then there's nothing to worry bout. just wait ur delivery date and maybe now u just recieved ur email confirmation. PATIENT s the essense... just nxt time f u wnt email confirmation.... order online.... its more convenient. :-)

Dell are bog standard computers. Wait until you need to upgrade and learn about the TAG' numbers.

Dell has been a little slow in that regard for me too. Have you checked their web page to see if it shows there?
