Are you asking about water misting. If so you can buy then at walmart; home depot. They are a long tube with a metal notch sprayer about 3 ft apart and its about 12 to 14 ft long that you attach on a high railing and it mists water and cools you and your plants off and usually you can put it on a upper beam on the patio or front porch. It makes a difference in temperature about 10 degrees. They are great!!
