why i get this message"this request was refused"when i want to enter the chat rooms.please help me?

when i want to enter the any chat room always i get the message "this request was refused" so i can not chat any one in the general rooms or special rooms but i can chat with my friend list only. please help me

Maybe you've been blocked out by parental controls. If you're not an adult, you don't belong in those chat rooms anyways.
