how do u seal (make) seal the edges of a mylar ballon ???please i dont think u use heat?

An ordinary curling iron works excellently. Practice on an old popped balloon, until you learn the proper time and pressure needed. I would suggest you seal them at the lowest possible point.You can then cut off the seal when the balloon is deflated and reinflate it again with a new seal sight and let the celebration continue!

Heat is exactly what you use. An everyday iron works just fine.
