Orange is one of the words that have no PROPER RHYMING Words.
Orange & Syringe differ in the vowel sound preceding, /ndz/, 'nj' sound.
But in songs, these words are used as rhyming words taking 'nge' sound as the unit.
No harm; yet not proper.
