i'm glad for your attitude of wanting to give some ground to your marriage...too often people rush into having kids after they get married and then realize they don't really know their spouses very well...and it's important for the children that the parents know each other well...so you're wise to wait...

you can have healthy children up to around 40...after that, it's pretty much a gamble...but you're only 25 and been married two years...let me just say that it'll come to you...the sudden want and need for children...kind of like once you become a mother, those instincts kick in...

you still have plenty of time and just focus on getting to know your spouse better and you'll probably find that in the next several years you'll be so bored b/c you know your husband upside down!!! and want kids...lol

the important thing is that if you both don't feel you're ready for kids yet, to not try to have them...children need you at your best...when you can feel comfortable knowing you're ready...so don't pressure yourselves...just live your lives and when the time comes...either it'll surprise you or you'll feel this tug at your heart to want to be a mother...a strong tug...

The ideal age for starting to get pregnant is 26, 27, 28, and 29 yrs.old. Your body by then would be more settle and ready for taking on responsilbilites such as having a baby. And aside from that your body then also won't have hard time to conceive because when reaching the age of 30 and above, your body tends to become alittle bit weaker and fragile, which will make it sometimes for some women hard to have babies.
I really recommend for you to start now or maybe next year on conceiving.

Good luck...

I just had a baby at 39 and she is beautiful and healthy. I also have an 11 year old (at 28). We are much better able to financially and emotionally handle this baby, so I say wait until you are ready. You have plenty of time. My Lamaze class had no one but us under the age of 40. Good luck!

It seems to be best to try to conceive your first child before you are 30. After that, your fertility starts declining and your risks of certain types of birth-defects increase. Definitely wait until you feel ready in your marriage first, however. You don't want to bring a baby into a rocky situation!

Well biologically speaking,it depends on your genes most women experience the menopause right after 40 some after 50 after which conceiving is not possible and when speaking psychologically, i don't know when its too late ,but its definitely too early if you are not comfortable with it.So whenever you think you are prepared to undertake the responsibility of having children.Go for it.;)

First congrats on your marriage. Secondly, I think it's great you want to give you and your hubby time as a couple. I've always heard it's best to try to before 30, but now days it seems normal to have them up till you're 40, but I'm sure you want to try before than. Good luck and God Bless.

You have plenty of time. I'd recommend going back to school and learning to spell things like "pressure" properly before you have kids. Otherwise, by the time they're in 1st grade, they'll make you look bad.

tu.madre_xl3 has been reported!

dont listen to her - you should see her questions and the ones she has answered. (shes a little 12 year old).

to answer your question : a good age to stop would be around 30 or 35. having babies over 40 could lead to lots of problems for mom and baby.

My grandmother had her last child when she was 48, she is now 90.

She had no help from a doctor either. It was all natural.

So, I guess it would depend on your genes if you want to go the natural route.

First of all I would say it makes it harder on your body and is considered "high Risk" pregnancy 35 and older. So I would say by then should be good. As for health if you are healthy then all should be fine. good luck and trust your instincts.
