Depends on how popular. I wish I wasn't popular. I don't want all the attention on me and if I mess up something (which I always do), then everyone would probably know and hate me or something. And if you weren't popular, you'd probably wouldn't be hated either.
But I wish I was popular because ALL of my friends...hate me. Not that much, but they really were never good friends. Then I would want to be popular but then the bad part is that they'd probably treat me better because I'm popular not because they like me as a friend.

When you get older youll realize being popular isnt everything. And its not going to matter after high school. Nobody cares about anybody else in the real world. and its spelled PEOPLE not prple*

being popular isn't all it's cracked up to be. people expect too much from you. being put on a pedestal may seem flattering at first, but you have to "stay up there" so to speak. you're reduced to being an object. and after a while other people will start to envy you and next thing you know you're getting stabbed in the back. (like what nichole did to paris, i mean whether you like paris hilton or not, lets face it nichole richie WAS jealous of her). and it seems that everyone wants to watch you fall, or make a mistake and make an issue of it as well. i believe in quality not quantity. i'd rather have a few close friends, than know hundreds of people who are shallow and untrustworthy.

Yeah I wish I was more popular.I mean I don't have to be the most popular person in the whole school but I just want to be more popular then what I am right now.But I still want to keep my personality just the way it is.Sometimes I feel like no one knows that I am here,no one cares.I'm invisible.

Screw popularity, you are lonely in that category too. Why not be normal? Normal people are way cooler than popular people. They have more stories to tell. For the record learn how to spell first, and educate yourself before asking anymore questions. Popular people can also be known for their stupidity and usually end up in the gutter after high school.

If you're popular, you're most likely buying into the mass media propoganda and not being yourself. It's kind of like how the same kind of people always hang out together. If you act like the people in the biggest group, you'll be popular.

Being popular can have many meanings..You yourself are very popular with your family..they know who you are and they know there is a uniqueness about you..Your parents know that you are popular because to them you are special..Popularity is within..you cant wish for something you already have babygirl...hold your head up high...and show'm what you working with *wink*.

popularity ends after high school .just be a kind and consiterate person and you will attract the right kind of attention ,not just popularity:)and i know this will sound corny but just be who you are and be happy about yourself.

no. we're all popular within ourown group of friends. usually those who are popular are the ones to do drugs and smoke and drink and do a lot of stupid and dangerous stuff. and they're really pathetic
