scrotum is nastier to say in my opinion only for the simple fact that balls is used more frequently and has become more socially acceptable

Depends if the preface "Kicked in" is involved. Scrotum is a medical term, Balls are what I drag around everyday.

why would you go around saying those words unless you were at the drs office. but if i had to choose it would be scrotum.
