I think Kenny isn't initially part of the the producers main character. So may be to them he wasn't all that important part of the whole show. The only reason Kenny is in there in the first place is to make the first few episodes interesting and funny. May be when they realized that he makes the whole episode interesting, they started having him killed on almost every prior seasons. I have not seen or watch very many of the new recent seasons at all. It got bored to me after a while. Kenny, as you can see, always buried himself inside his coat and you can barely understand what he is saying anyway. But the least important and least interesting of all the other characters is Kenny. Besides, he's in every episodes and only plays a small part of making the show interesting. And because of the way Kenny's character was created it would be a fun thing for the producers to play a little and have some fun off on there productions. That's my take on that. Good enough, yes?

Kilkenny is a place in Ireland so every time when Kenny was in Southpark they were going to Kilkenny. Kenny must have loved Guiness like a lot of people so it all makes sense in so many ways. They also made a bong out of Kenny so that everybody could Kill Kenny.

Because TV designed to be viewed by morons can only use so many gags before they end up confusing their target audience and halving their viewing figures. This is why they recycle the same old gags over and over, causing the intelligent viewing public to silently weep.
TV is produced for the highest common denominator regards viewers and as the human race appears to be losing it's grip on mental prowess we are doomed to forever watch utter shite on TV (or go and get a life!).
