If you can't spell, you shouldn't impregnate someone. Just kidding, sort of. First of all, if she's a girl, she can't get pregnant. A woman will only become pregnant if she ovulates before the intercourse. You have to know her monthly cycle if you're going to be successful.
There are lots of tools and charts to help you with this.

Nope - the sperm supply can't keep up so much. If you go for IVF they tell the male to abstain from sex/masturbation for a few days before giving a sample of semen.
Best way - don't try to make it happen - stress stops it!

women can normally only get preggers during ovulation which occurs about 7-10 days after the last day of the mentral cycle.

Just have sex every day. More than once too. :P
And if the girl knows when she's gonna ovulate, she can have sex on those days since there's a greater chance of pregnancy.

Well whats worked for me is a broken condom, or even 12 cans of beer for each of you. Not sure if theres anything too that, but it worked for me.
