The richest places in London are Kensington, Chelsea, Mayfair and Regents Park, as people have said. There are also rich enclaves elsewhere, for instance in Hampstead and Dulwich.
Many very rich people actually live just outside London, for instance in parts of Surrey, where there is more room to build luxury new homes and where there is more privacy.
You won't get to find out exactly where these people live because they guard their privacy. My impression, not from personal experience, is that the very rich have extensvie security arrangements which the natural curiosity of us ordinary people will not penetrate.
Sadly, as has been pointed out, you have to be very rich by world standards to live in most of London.
If you are seriously rich, you will not want to live in London all the time, so you will have another house somewhere else as well. You come to London for business, like to confer with your advisers, or to socialise.

Well Madonna and Elton John have houses in Holland Park, Robbie Williams and other rock stars have homes in Notting Hill. There are film directors, actors, tc stars and footballers in Hampstead. Oil tycoons and aristocracy in Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Kensington and Belgravia. Other good areas are Primrose Hill and Chelsea. Try New Bond Street to spot celebrity shoppers.

Mayfair and Belgravia are traditionally extremely expensive, and Knightsbridge is populated by very wealthy arabs. But property prices in all areas of London are now very high indeed...it is not possible to buy a small one bedroom flat for under £120,000 ( about $230,000)
