If anyone is doing anything that requires one or both hands to be off the wheel, and eyes to be off the road, even for one second, it's stupid and crazy. Can't even count the number of times I've almost been hit by someone talking on a cell phone, looking for a CD, fiddling with their iPod, putting on makeup, eating, etc. People should be more responsible than that to get their license.

My dad and I were driving home from the airport one morning and we saw this old lady on the Taconic State Parkway driving, but she was totally asleep at the wheel. My dad was beeping he horn like crazy, but this woman was just snoozing and didn't hear the horn at all. This was in the days before cell phones, so after a minute or two of trying to wake her up, my dad said oh well, and we just took off.

And even as something takes position to them relationship sensible, they act like they have been "KICKED OUT OF HEAVEN" and they don't have any clue reason they are an angel

Drive without talking on the phone, applying makeup, reading a book or running red lights.

I saw some one smoking a cigerette with one hand and had their cell phone in the other. I would have hated to be in the car with them when they picked up their drink also.
