You can't really make anyone believe anything. That is a decision they must make for themselves. However, you can provide plausible, consistent evidence for it, with logical results that would follow from assuming their existence.

A good example would be atomic theory. It was possible to explain certain phenomena with the theory of atoms, and make predictions that would later be observable. Yet at that time, no one could actually see atoms. Try that paradigm.

Ask them if they have ever seen the wind. They can't say that they have, because the only thing that can be seen is the result of what the wind does. The wind itself cannot be seen. Yet, I doubt that anyone would say that wind does not exist.

You can't. People either have faith or they don't. It's hard to trust and believe what you can't see. Faith is something that people get when they are ready to receive it.

sleight-of-hand...politicians and religious leaders have been doing it since time began. Most commercials and advertisements use it in modern times.
