I think that the year 1985 was a excellant year. In 1985 I became a father. My son is now an adult himself, but I still have the memories of when he was born and when I held him for the 1st time. Yes, 1985 was a great year.

My youngest son was born in 1985, so yes, I would say that it was a very good year. I think I hear Frank Sinatra singing in the background. (If you're a bit older, that will bring a smile)

I do. I was ten and my parents finally got a divorce. They stopped yelling all the time. Then they were openly hateful of each other, but for that year... It was quiet and I could ride my bike for hours.

Of course I do. That's the year I was born. Though 1984 wasn't such a bad year either (my girlfriend was born in that year. . .lol)

i have nightmares still about that year, just thinking of how close our house came to being torn down by a tornado, if we had been one mile farther in from the border it woulda got us too, i turned 5 that year :)
